Taekwondo is a martial art and physical fitness discipline that originated in Korea. It is characterized by fast and precise kicking and striking techniques, along with agile defensive movements. Taekwondo focuses on enhancing physical strength and flexibility, as well as self-discipline and concentration.

History: The roots of Taekwondo can be traced back to traditional Korean martial arts, and it has also been influenced by martial arts from other countries such as China and Japan. It was modernized in the mid-20th century and became an Olympic sport in 2000.

Competitions and Rules: Taekwondo matches have specific rules, where competitors fight in a ring and use designated techniques to score points. Practicing Taekwondo is encouraged not only for competition but also for enhancing mental and physical health.

Belt Accreditation: All belts are accredited by the Kuwait Taekwondo Federation and the World Taekwondo Federation (WT).

Training Schedule:

• Saturday, Monday, Wednesday
• From 5:00 PM to 6:00 PM
